Emergency First Aid at Work Refresher is designed for individuals who already hold an Emergency First Aid at Work qualification and want to renew their knowledge before their certificate expires. This course revisits essential first aid principles, updates learners on current best practices, and reinforces the practical skills needed to respond confidently during workplace emergencies. It is ideal for maintaining competence while ensuring compliance with workplace health and safety requirements.

Throughout the refresher course, participants will practise vital life-saving techniques, including CPR, the safe use of an Automated External Defibrillator (AED), managing choking, severe bleeding, burns, shock, and unconscious casualties.
